How does fitness affect your sexual desire and ability?

As a coach, I experience how a flexible and strong body positively affects sex. Less feeling, more body. If you devote to body, the next step is sex. Body devotion creates affinity. Body devotion makes the match. If you really love your body, you won’t have but unforgettable experiences, as body does instinctively what mind would loose into rational magma. Body fights for respect when mind is lost. Body knows. Train your body, respect and love your body first.
